Mrs. Nodar grew up in Rancho Palos Verdes and attended Palos Verdes Schools. After graduating from Miraleste High School, she attended University of California, Riverside as a Psychology Major. Later she acquired her California Clear Teaching Credential from California State University, Los Angeles while substitute teaching. Her first teaching job was for Los Angeles Unified School District at Hawaiian Avenue School in Wilmington. She taught a 2/3 fully bilingual Spanish combination class for one year and Kindergarten for three years. She, then, got her CLAD Credential and specializes in teaching English Language Learners. In 1998 she started teaching second grade at Center Street School in El Segundo USD and moved to Richmond Street School when it opened. In 2004 she married Dan Nodar, who is a financial consultant, and is currently living in Torrance. She doesn't have any kids yet, but considers her pug, Bella, her baby. In her free time she enjoys crafting and cooking.
