Last month, the ESHS Math Department celebrated Pi Day (3/14) in style! 🥧 The department brought in treats for the staff to enjoy in making a delicious connection to the mathematical concept of PI. It was a fun, and tasty, celebration!

Congratulations to ESHS seniors Wesley, Vicken, Avery, and Sutton, for taking home first place in the 2025 California Invention Convention! 👏 🏆 These outstanding students created a working prototype of a satellite that can be used to pick up smaller, decommissioned satellites in space. Spring Break
The #ESUSD IT team is working hard to roll out new laptops for teachers. 💻✨ They recently met with GST, the laptop vendor, to finalize device configuration and logistics. Each laptop will be branded with the ESUSD logo and prepped for distribution, ensuring educators have the tools they need to integrate technology seamlessly into the classroom.

They eventually lost touch, but reconnected on Facebook in 2010! Despite living in two different states—Tracey was in Texas and Chris was in California—they made long-distance dating work. While students had the day off for the recent March 7 staff In-Service Day, ESHS Eagle staff members were hard at work! These staff members got to demonstrate their skills as ESUSD Graduate Profile Thinkers, Communicators, and Leaders during an activity where they worked together to design and construct paper structures. It was a great exercise in creativity, collaboration, and fun!

Three teams from the ESHS Engineering Pathway are tackling real-world challenges at LAX! ✈️✨ These students are working alongside TSA and Homeland Security to develop solutions for critical airport issues.
