Technology Program

Richmond Street School uses technology daily in a myriad of ways.  Every classroom is equipped with an interactive whiteboard and a document camera showing in real time what is happening under the lens. These are utilized for students to share their thinking and work, and also for teachers to enlarge worksheets and manipulatives during instruction.

We have a computer lab maintained by our Computer Science Technology assistant. Our technology program provides instruction around the 21st century technology skills, implements the technology standards associated with NGSS and PLTW, including typing practice, presentation productions, and video editing.
