He ensures smooth operations for faculty and staff by resolving issues promptly with a calm, solution-focused mindset. Minh excels in balancing frontline support and district projects. “Mrs. Hammer is truly the brains of the operation! She organizes, plans ahead, helps us fix mistakes, and navigates hard conversations, all while greeting staff, students, and families with a warm smile. She is firm, creative, thoughtful, fun, and funny. A master scheduler who somehow thinks of everything. She brings invaluable perspective from her many roles: parent, cheer coach, PTA leader, district behaviorist, RSS Student Safety Assistant, and now administrative assistant—which really means she wears hats we haven't even imagined yet. We are so grateful to have her on our team!”
