ESUSD is seeking qualified, interested individuals to serve on the Measure ES Citizens’ Oversight Committee!
There are four open positions:
✅ Representative of a taxpayer organization
✅ Parent active in a parent/teacher organization
✅ 2 community-at-large members

Richmond Street School had a great time at its 3rd Annual Family STEAM Literacy Night. It was an exciting evening with hands-on activities for all ages! ⭐

The #ESUSD IT team is working hard to roll out new laptops for teachers. 💻✨
They recently met with GST, the laptop vendor, to finalize device configuration and logistics. Each laptop will be branded with the ESUSD logo and prepped for distribution, ensuring educators have the tools they need to integrate technology seamlessly into the classroom.



These former RSS fifth graders were specially invited to present at the California Civic Learning Summit this February in Sacramento. 👏
Through this initiative, our students not only cultivated a sense of responsibility for sustainability and waste reduction but also gained a deeper appreciation for civic engagement and its role in a thriving democracy. Great work, RSS!

Registration is now open for the 33rd annual Run for Education, hosted by the El Segundo Council of PTAs! 🏃
The run features USATF-certified 5K and 10K courses, as well as a Kids Fun Run! All funds raised will benefit projects and programs in the El Segundo Unified School District.

Last week, Richmond celebrated Neurodiversity Week by sharing celebrities with learning needs who overcame their obstacles to success. What a great reminder for our students! 💡✨

Thanks to our partnership with the PTA, author and illustrator Pete Oswald visited RSS to present and read to students as part of our Read-a-thon Reward. What a fun and inspiring day! 📚✨
